there's a dearth of big movies that doesn't disappoint
big like mega production
or 3 hrs flicks
or highly anticipated
i cant even remember what impressionable movies caught a linger in my memory
heres my top few of 07

ratatouille
bourne ultimatum
sicko
grindhouse
the departed

and the award of tops pops 07
AMERICAN GANGSTER

i was equally skeptical and hyped up
over this audaciously proprietorial title
i mean
if you gon name your film with a biggie like that
you gon be OG man
you gon be some original gangster
so i was pretty hyped up when it's title is released
and sure it doesnt disappoint
sure the pivotal point doesn't lie in sicilian crime familes now
denzel took the game to the next level by leaving the crime aside
took the drug trade and monopolize it
it ain no new movie so spoilers yea?
goodfellas and godfather are classics
but this time AG got pretty near to the big boys
